What Is Included When Listing a Sale on EstateSaleClub.com?

The EstateSaleClub.com buyer community is like no other. We've been online since 2023. Here are just some of the benefits you'll receive by listing your sale on our site:

• Unlimited description space. The only limit is how long you're willing to type. We suggest putting as much detail as possible. Buyers use our search feature at the top of every page on EstateSaleClub.com to find items they are looking for.
• 50 Pictures included for free. We suggest taking pictures of significant items and then do several room shots to give people an idea of what is at your sale. If you need more pictures, you can add as many as you want for $0.50 per picture.
• Email Notifications.

  We send out emails alerting people that your sale is starting soon (By default we send them the day before your sale starts, but e-mail subscribers can edit when their notification comes to suit their needs.) Want to know how many we will send?

• Secure Mapping Service. We automatically hide your address (but this is an option you can change) until the day before the sale starts. Once that time passes, we automatically show a map to your sale and let people choose their favorite mapping service to get directions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions we receive regarding private listings:

• How quickly do I need to get my listing submitted? The minimum amount of time would be two days before your sale starts to be sure that an email goes out to our subscribers about your sale. We suggest getting it listed at least seven (7) days ahead of time if possible. Here's a little more detail on the two day minimum: If your sale starts on Saturday, we would need to have it in our system (and paid for) at the latest by 9pm on Thursday (Central Time).
• Can I list my garage sale or yard sale? No. Sorry. Our site is strictly for estate liquidations. We understand that some liquidations have to be outside, but those are very uncommon on our site.  Here's a page that details out what types of sales are allowed and not allowed on the site.
• Can I edit by listing after I submit it? Yes, you can. You can always go back and edit it. The edits will be reviewed by us, but you can edit to your heart's content!
